• Larger or complex projects may follow a milestone-based timeline
• Final files are delivered in high quality via email or agreed platform
• For merch orders, delivery timelines also depend on production and shipping processes

• Proper credit must be given when posting or sharing any artwork, animation, or rigging
• Removing signatures, watermarks, or credits is not permitted
• Work may not be used for commercial purposes unless agreed in advance
• Any unauthorized use, resale, or modification is prohibited
• Sorelia Limited reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio and social platforms unless the client requests confidentiality beforehand

• Sorelia Limited reserves the right to decline or cancel any project at its discretion
• Clear, timely, and respectful communication is required throughout the project
• Delays in client responses may affect the project timeline
• Failure to follow these terms may result in project cancellation without refund
• All services are provided as custom, project-based work tailored to client requirements

These terms apply to any work intended for resale, branding, monetized content, or merchandise.
• Commercial usage must be discussed and approved before the project begins
• Additional fees may apply depending on usage, scale, and distribution
• Commercial rights are granted only after full payment has been completed
• Artwork or deliverables may not be resold, redistributed, or modified beyond the agreed usage
• Use of work for NFTs, AI training, or similar purposes is strictly prohibited
• Sorelia Limited reserves the right to revoke usage rights if terms are violated

• Sorelia Limited provides full-service merchandise production, including design, printing, and delivery
• All products are custom-made based on client requirements and approved designs
• Production timelines may vary depending on order size, complexity, and availability
• Once items are shipped, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier
• Sorelia Limited is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party shipping services
• Clients are responsible for providing accurate shipping details
• Any additional shipping costs, customs duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the client
• Minor variations in color or print may occur due to differences in screens and printing processes
• Returns or replacements are only applicable in cases of confirmed production defects
